this lovely holiday house in newmarket exceeded our expectations! the comfortable beds, modern bathroom, and spacious walk-in wardrobe made our stay extra special. we appreciated the accommodating hosts who were just a text or call away. the convenient location with easy access to shops and free onsite parking were definitely a plus. we would definitely stay here again!

My stay at Emily's Holiday House in Newmarket was absolutely delightful. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I had a restful night's sleep. The kitchen and cooking facilities were top-notch, making it a breeze to prepare meals during my stay. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the venue I needed to attend. Emily, the host, was always available and provided excellent hospitality. I had a beautiful stay and would gladly return in the future.

Two great features were the free parking on site and the spacious and clean room. the location was also a major advantage, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.
The cleanliness of the floors and surfaces was subpar, and we had to request towels as none were provided. the road noise from the nearby highway was also quite intrusive, making it difficult to sleep peacefully.

We had a comfortable stay at Emily's Holiday House in Newmarket. Although there were a few small issues like a broken shower head and limited kitchen hours, the location was great and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend this place for a short stay.
